Personology is the branch of psychology that focuses on the study of the individual's characteristics and of differences between people.
One of the most accurate and simplistic ways of determining your personality traits, your areas of strength and challenge, and what you bring to interactions with others, is defined by the numbers that MAKE you UP, your birth date. This is your DIGITAL DNA. Just like your physical genetic DNA is your body's blueprint, your DIGITAL DNA is a simple way to understand the blueprint of your personality traits and interaction styles.
ABOUT LANCE LEVINRAD
Lance is a Registered Psychologist and self development coach, who began his career in the human development field in 1994. His passion to understand and master the human existence and all its facets, led him to study a variety of courses at university level, including the biological, physical and social sciences. He also majored in Communication studies. In 2001, Lance was awarded his third degree in Psychology, a Masters degree, and registered as a Psychologist. During Lance's early years of practice as a psychologist he became aware of the need to incorporate a myriad of other modalities into his work to further assist people with their personal, relationship and career development and management. Lance believes that "we are constantly having relationships with things and people every day all day".
For Lance, the most powerful tool we have as humans is AWARENESS. Awareness of who you are, who others are, and what things represent to you, brings knowledge and therefore power. The power to be more of what brings you positive experiences and the power to transform that which brings negative experiences in our lives.
Lance has a great interest in the field of personal mastery and has more recently broadened his reach to people by presenting 'state-of-the art' Personology corporate seminars. The focus of the seminars is to bring about self awareness of individuals, their similarities and differences and their interactive patterns in interpersonal relationships. Whilst being greatly entertaining and thought provoking, the seminars have been found to greatly increase productivity and enhance working relationships in the corporate environment. Using geometry and birth dates, Lance presents the various personality types of individuals in the group- their areas of strength and challenge as well as their interaction styles.
